* Booking for more than 4 Hrs. or 40 Kms. will be considered for next slab

Note:

1. GST will be charged on the total bill as per prevailing rates; existing is 12%.
2. All time and Km readings will begin and end at our garage.
3. Toll taxes, Airport Parking, Permit charges, Parking charges and Interstate Border taxes are extra at actuals.
4. A booking shall be considered terminated at 2400 Hrs and thereafter, shall be treated as a fresh booking.
5. In Case of intercity travel, no. of days shall be calendar days.
6. Driver Bhatta is applicable on or before 0700 hours and on/after 2100 Hrs.
7. Midnight driver charges will be Rs. 75/- extra.
8. Rates are subjected to changes without notice.
9. We will not be responsible for any luggage or any items left by the client in the vehicle, if found later will be delivered at the client’s address with extra charges.
10. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad/Secunderabad jurisdiction only.
11. If the booking is cancelled after the vehicle has left garage then cancellation charges shall be applicable.
12. We are not liable to pay any compensation due to technical failure in vehicle or because of any accident resulting to loss of productivity or loss of working man hours. All our vehicles are comprehensively insured all such claims must be pursued with our insurance company only.
13. Payment should be made within 7 days from the date of submission of the bill.
